The Project

Cals Construction were engaged to deliver sheet piling works as part of a wider site development project. The works involved installing a continuous line of steel sheet piles to form a new retaining structure along the site boundary.

Working within a confined area and close to existing fencing and neighbouring properties, our team utilised Komatsu piling rigs to drive the piles safely and efficiently into position. The curved design of the wall required precise setting out and coordination throughout the installation to maintain consistent alignment and ensure a clean, professional finish.

Scope of Work

• Supply and installation of a full sheet piling system.

• Setting out and alignment across a curved boundary line.

• Operation of specialist Komatsu piling equipment.

• Coordination with the main contractor and other trades

• Completion of all works to programme and safety standards

The Result 

All sheet piling operations were completed safely, to specification, and within the agreed timeframe. The new retaining wall now forms a stable and durable boundary for the next stage of development.
